edited to add (12/30/2011) -I have received several comments from people unable to access the link above. Here is another link using google docs, so hopefully this will resolve the issue.

I hope you enjoyed the tutorial. If there is anything that is unclear, please let me know. If you decide to make a Hootie, please add photos to my flickr group. I would love to see them.

Thanks for a great tutorial!! I've finished my first owl of many ;)
How cute, but alas, I tried to download it, but couldn't....so could you please email me the pattern pieces to beadnv at westnet dot com dot au ? Thanks Hugs Naomi
too cute! My daughter is obsessed w/ owls right now so we will be giving this a try!
I'm looking for something to make out of my daughter's outgrown toddler dresses that I can't bear to give to the thrift store. This looks like it would be perfect! :) SO much better than the dresses just sitting in a tote in the basement.
I can't download the pattern either though. :( Perhaps you could please e mail it to: british(dot)mom(at)gmail(dot)com
Thanks!
I too am having a problem downloading the pattern :( I'd love to make this sweet owl for a little girls birthday tomorrow, but Im not an experienced enough sew-er to free hand it. I would appreciate it if you could send it to me too, Scribd won't load for me either, and sadly neither will your tutorial video :( Thanks so much! shesgawncountry@ gmail.com
For those of you having trouble downloading the pattern, just TRACE it off your computer screen. This is so much easier than trying to free hand it. My owl is finished! I blogged about this at:
http://thepetitesewist.blogspot.com/2011/10/ollie-owl.html
Fab tute! I made two the other night; not nearly as cute as yours though: http://life-of-h.blogspot.com/2011/11/wowls.html
I have added a new link for those that were having problems downloading the pattern pieces.
Thanks!
