Here's this weeks menu:
Monday- Tilapia, Portabella Mushrooms (for me) Sweet Potato Fries, and Green Beans
Tuesday- Swimming Rama, Brown Rice, and Spinach
Wednesday- Angel Hair Pasta with Broccoli (Macaroni & Cheese for the kids- It's my daughters birthday and this was her special dinner request)
Thursday- Salad

Yum, it all sounds so good and nutritious. We love Sweet Potato Fries here...my husband is a huhe SP fan. We are growing Sweet Potatos this year in our garden. We'll see how we'll they do, it's our first time growing them. The book you linked to sounds great...I'll have to see if my local library has it. Thx.
