Meal of the Week June 1-4

This was an easy one. Who wouldn't pick pancakes for dinner? I served the pancakes with strawberries and blueberries. I also scrambled up some eggs added some bacon (facon for me). Viola. Dinner is served. My daughter kept saying "Mommy thank you. This is the best dinner ever." Well, yeah!!!!
